Home Staging is not decorating, fluffing, interior designing or redesigning. Rather, Home Staging is detailing, de-
cluttering, depersonalizing and emphasizing a home's architectural details and character to prepare it for the market.

In a 2004-2006 study conducted by Stagedhomes.com, 300 homes that had spent an average of 163.7 days on the
market were Staged by Accredited Staging Professionals (ASPs™), re-listed and sold in an average of 13.7 days.
Homes that were Staged before being listed, sold in an average of 8.9 days. Of the same 300 homes, those that were
Staged after being listed, had an average equity of $14,074. That’s compared to homes that were Staged prior to
being listed, which saw a 5.8% increase for an average equity of $16,784. On average, Staged homes sold 50% faster
and for 6.9% more money than homes that are not Staged.

Pricing
- On Site Consultation $250
During this in-home visit, we will tour the property, identify problem areas, and give our recommendations for
improvements, room by room, inside and out.
- Action Plan $375
This written plan will provide detailed recommendations for improvements the homeowner can make on their own to
prepare the property for sale. Included will be our suggestions for what furniture should stay and what should go,
furniture placement, paint colors and landscaping. This document will act as the homeowner's blueprint.
- Home Staging $1000 & Up
This full service staging program will ensure that your property is shown to buyers in its best light. By
supplementing your furnishings with our own inventory, we will create the look and feel of a model home. The
factors affecting the price include the property's square footage, the condition, the amount of furnishings and decor,
and the volume of inventory we will provide.
- The Staging of vacant homes and all other services are priced on an individual basis.
Decorating
- Decorating fees vary based on the scope of services we provide. Whether you are looking to redesign one room in
your house, redecorate your entire home or update a dated kitchen, we can help. We offer real life solutions at real life
prices. As talented decorators, we can work with the homeowner to identify their style and create a warm, welcoming
look for any room in the house. We know how and where to shop to find our clients high quality accessories and
furnishings at great prices.
Redesigns
- $350 per room or $1200 per property
Using what you already have, we will redesign a room in as little as one day and for a fraction of the cost of
redecorating a room. This process is fun and will breathe new life into your furnishings.
